Do I need to be building a garage with Premier to visit the Design Centre?
No. The Design Centre is open to any homeowner — whether you’re building a new detached garage with us, already have a Premier-built garage, or simply want to renovate a garage you already own.
Can you renovate or upgrade a garage I already own?
Yes. Cabinets, flooring, slatwall, lighting, heating and full garage makeovers are all available for existing garages, not just new builds.
Do you install the products, or is it self-install?
Yes — all products are available to purchase with or without installation, with the exception of Polyaspartic floor coating.
Can I just buy products without a full renovation?
Yes. You’re welcome to purchase individual items — a heater, a set of cabinets, a lift — without committing to a full garage makeover.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during Design Centre hours. Booking a free consultation ahead of time means a design consultant will be ready to walk you through the space and start planning.
How much does a garage makeover cost?
It depends on scope — a single upgrade like flooring or cabinets costs less than a full six-category makeover. Book a free consultation for a transparent, itemized quote based on your space.
Do you serve Calgary as well as Edmonton?
Yes. Premier Built Garages serves homeowners across Edmonton, Calgary and the surrounding areas.
Do you offer financing for Design Centre purchases and renovations?
Yes. We offer very affordable financing options through Finance It, so you can get started without paying the full cost upfront.
